Drive efficient air cargo operations with Nippon Express as an Air Cargo Supervisor. Oversee shipments, lead staff, and ensure compliance on a daily basis. Nippon Express is seeking an Air Cargo Supervisor to manage import and export operations. Your role includes supervising operational staff, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships with airlines and customs authorities. With over five years in freight forwarding, you’ll lead a high-performing team while ensuring timely processing and documentation for shipments. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train Air Cargo operators for high performance
• Resolve operational issues effectively and promptly
• Coordinate with airlines, shippers, and customs authorities
• Manage end-to-end movement of air shipments
• Prepare reports for management and client requirements Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding, air cargo handling
• Strong knowledge of Canadian import/export procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
