Product Manager Iii For Bankjoy Platform Toronto

Take ownership of product strategy at Bankjoy as a Product Manager III. Focus on technical execution and strategic vision for our evolving business banking platform. In this role, you will manage the product strategy for Bankjoy’s business banking technology.
Ideal candidates will possess over eight years of experience in B2B fintech or financial services, combining strategic insight with technical acumen. Collaborate extensively with engineering and design teams to deliver cutting‑edge banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap
- Engage with engineering on product architecture and APIs
- Conduct competitive analysis for market insights
- Facilitate client discussions and gather feedback
- Ensure compliance with payment regulations and security standards
Requirements
- 8+ years product management experience in fintech
- Solid technical background with APIs and integrations
- Knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, and payment compliance
- Ability to synthesize client feedback into product direction
- Experience mentoring junior team members
