Data Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer data and orders into the order management system
- Monitor and update our internal Job Tracking system
- Eliminate any inconsistencies within the photography or data
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of multiple data driven departments
This is a cross functional role through multiple pre-production departments. Some tasks may include: emails, creating job bags, batch entry, data entry, order entry, sending services to print, updating task tracking, posting jobs, and orders. Daily tasks are dependent on seasonal workflow.
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented with an ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
- Intermediate computer skills
- Good decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A team player with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work August to December; potential full-time work beyond this contract may be available based on performance and company needs
