Winner Experience Specialist

The Role

The Winner Experience Specialist is accountable for ensuring a positive prize-claim experience for lottery winners in our region. The successful candidate will provide superior customer service while guiding winners through our claims processes and will keep winners up to date with claim information in a timely and efficient manner.

In joining our team as a Winner Experience Specialist, you will…

• Work with customers in person and over the phone to pay out winning tickets


• Triage claims according to level of approval review required


• Collect related ticket purchase and validation information for file preparation


• Prepare standard documentation from developed templates


• Log incoming correspondence into the computer system


• Issue Prize payments


• General clerical duties


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities


• Strong self-management skills including prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking


• Proficient data-entry skills


• Openness to, and the ability to adapt to change in processes and technologies
