We are currently pursuing strategic add-on acquisitions of leading portable sanitation providers throughout North America. Our vision is to be North America's sanitation services provider of choice in the markets that we serve.

About the Role
We are looking to add a new person to the team who can support our sales representatives administratively and flourish in inside sales. If you are someone who can easily talk to people, is hyper-detail oriented, and join an amazing team, we are eager to receive your application. 

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls regarding new bookings, changes to existing bookings, or complaints.
• Support the sales team by accurately creating and maintaining orders and bookings in Service Core.
• Communicate with teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Call prospects or former customers to try to win new business
• Provide professional client support before, during and after events.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in inside sales, or customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Service Core and HubSpot experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
• Collaborative mindset to partner with internal teams.
• Ability to work in a team setting with inside and outside sellers.
• General construction or event industry knowledge is a bonus.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Fully Onsite
Pay: $47000 - $52000
