- This is an in-person, field-based role (not remote)
About the Role
IH2O is a well-established environmental solutions company specializing in residential water treatment systems. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Solutions Specialist .
In this role, you will meet with homeowners through pre-scheduled appointments , perform water quality assessments, and recommend customized solutions that improve water quality, health, and home efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home environmental assessments
- Educate homeowners on common environmental issues
- Deliver engaging, professional product presentations
- Recommend customized treatment solutions
- Assess installation requirements and coordinate with installation teams
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Manage and track leads, appointments, and sales activity
- Communicate regularly with management on performance and scheduling

- Comfortable presenting and speaking with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
No prior experience required — full training and ongoing support provided.
