• This is an in-person, field-based role (not remote)

About the Role

IH2O is a well-established environmental solutions company specializing in residential water treatment systems. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Solutions Specialist .

In this role, you will meet with homeowners through pre-scheduled appointments , perform water quality assessments, and recommend customized solutions that improve water quality, health, and home efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home environmental assessments


• Educate homeowners on common environmental issues 


• Deliver engaging, professional product presentations


• Recommend customized  treatment solutions


• Assess installation requirements and coordinate with installation teams


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships


• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals


• Manage and track leads, appointments, and sales activity


• Communicate regularly with management on performance and scheduling

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)

No prior experience required — full training and ongoing support provided.

• $80,000 – $90,000+ per year (base + bonuses)
