Role Overview  

We are seeking a n ERP Technical Solutions Specialist who will play a  pivotal   role in delivering successful customer outcomes across two core service areas:  

1. ERP/ECM  migrations and system integrations using  the  docuflow   suite of   integration   products (d4i)


2. Implementation and delivery of docuflow for SAP (d4SAP) 

This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, solution implementation, and customer collaboration. You will work closely with sales, architects, developers, and project managers while owning hands-on execution for ERP and ECM migrations, integrations, and SAP ‑ connected  docuflow solutions.  

Key Responsibilities  

docuflow for integrations –  ERP/ECM  Migrations & Integrations  

• Participate in requirements gathering and design workshops with customers to understand ERP/ECM content management needs  


• Analyze existing client content structures, data models, and source systems to support effective migration and integration strategies  


• Design, execute, and monitor content migrations from legacy ECM platforms (e.g., OpenText, FileNet, etc.) to modern repositories (e.g., Box, SharePoint Online, etc.) using d 4i  


• Extract, transform, and load structured and unstructured content while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity  


• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and post ‑ migration quality checks  


• Troubleshoot and resolve migration or integration issues with minimal business disruption  


• Report on migration status, risks, and key metrics to project leadership  


• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to reusable migration patterns  

docuflow for SAP – Implementation & Delivery  

• Participate in   requirements gathering and design workshops with customers to understand  ERP and content management needs  


• Configure and implement d 4 SAP solutions aligned with customer business processes  


• Support implementations across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including  ArchiveLink and related document management scenarios  


• Assist with solution provisioning, configuration, testing, and deployment  


• Deliver solution walkthroughs and demonstrations to customers during implementation  


• Support go ‑ live activities and provide post ‑ implementation support as needed  


• Create and  maintain technical and functional documentation  

Cross ‑ Functional & Project Contributions  

• Collaborate with project managers to support planning, estimates, and delivery timelines  

• Work closely with sales, architects, developers, and fellow consultants to deliver end ‑ to ‑ end solutions  

• Support internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives  

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non ‑ technical stakeholders  

Key Attributes and Qualifications  

• BSc/BA or equivalent experience  

• 5+ years in client-facing consulting/delivery  

• ERP + ECM implementation, migration, and /o r integration experience  

• Presales support (demos, technical Q&A) 

• Ownership mindset; accountable for outcomes  

• Comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with customer engagement  

• Curious and quick to learn new platforms/patterns  

• Manages multiple workstreams in active projects  

• Sound judgment and decision-making  

• Track record delivering on time and on budget

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication

Technical Skills  

• ECM/ ER P  content platforms: Box, SharePoint Online,  M-Files, Documentum,  eDocs,  Kiteworks ,  Onbase ,  OpenText, FileNet (and similar) 


• SAP  


• ECC/S/4HANA  


• ArchiveLink , DMS/DIRS ,   KPro (or similar document services) 


• SAP-integrated document management solutions  


• Exposure to SuccessFactors, BTP, and SAP cloud apps  


• Databases: SQL, Oracle, DB2 


• Storage: on-prem (NAS/SAN) and cloud object storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob, etc.) 


• Azure: networking, virtualization, containers  


• Scripting/integration: PowerShell; APIs (SOAP/REST); JSON; Java;  RegEx  

Reporting to: ERP Services Delivery Manager  

Location: This role is primarily based in North America (remote work from home ), but travel  may   be  . You will  be required to work in the Pacific Time zone.  

Type: Full-time permanent  

Salary: $85 ,000 - 115 ,000  CAD,  dependent on experience
