Shape the future of beverage production with GOODVIBES JUICE CO. as an Operations Manager. Focused on GMP and HACCP, you'll lead operational excellence in a dynamic environment. This position requires a strong operational leader with 3–7+ years in food or beverage manufacturing. You will oversee daily production, manage supply chains, and ensure compliance with food safety systems. Your role will drive process improvements and maintain high standards in packaging and fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily production operations for efficiency and quality
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory effectively
• Support food safety systems and maintain documentation
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the production facility Requirements:
• 3–7+ years experience in food or beverage manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety systems
• Experience in managing production teams
• Familiarity with GFSI and regulatory inspections
• Ability to work with co-packers as needed Lead operations in beverage production and ensure top-notch quality standards with GOODVIBES JUICE CO.
