Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Onboarding new customers and providing training
- Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Monitoring customer usage and engagement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Gathering customer feedback to inform product development
You will work closely with the Customer Success team and report to the Customer Success Manager.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in customer service or account management
Technical skills required:
- CRM software
- Data analysis
- Product knowledge
