Career Counselor with Bilingual Skills

Help individuals thrive as a Career Counselor with Bilingual Skills. Offer insightful career guidance while assessing client needs in both French and English. You will play a key role by working closely with clients to assess their career situations, providing direction and support tailored to their goals. This position is integral to the mission of improving well-being through personalized career development tools and ongoing support within a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ individual career situations
- Provide short-term guidance and follow-ups
- Create and share relevant resources and tools
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team of professionals
- Support clients in their journey to career fulfillment
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- 3 years of experience as a career counselor
- Part-time work availability (10 to 21 hours/week)
- Comfortable in a remote work setting
- Experience with adult clientele is beneficial
