Bilingual Accounts Receivable Representative

You'll thrive in a dynamic IT sales environment while learning about various Softchoice offerings. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact B2B customers via phone and email for outstanding invoices
- Manage a portfolio of 300-600 accounts across Canadian/US territories
- Negotiate payment terms based on account assessments
- Document and track collections activity from monthly aging reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot payment issues
- 2-3 years B2B collections experience
- Bilingual in English and French
- College diploma in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Customer service-oriented mindset
