Im Auftrag eines etablierten mittelständischen Unternehmens suchen wir einen Vertriebsingenieur (m/w/d) bzw. Technical Sales Manager (m/w/d) für den Vertrieb von Polyurethan-Systemen im Bereich Hartschaum in der DACH-Region . Die Position verbindet technische Beratung, Projektvertrieb und aktiven Marktaufbau mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und Homeoffice-/Remote-Anteil.

Aufgaben
Technische Beratung und Vertrieb von PU-Systemen und Polyurethan-Hartschaum für industrielle Kunden
Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie gezielte Neukundengewinnung im Vertriebsgebiet DACH
Bearbeitung kundenspezifischer Anfragen von der Bedarfsermittlung bis zur Angebots- und Projektverfolgung
Begleitung technischer Kundenprojekte in enger Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Anwendungstechnik und Produktion
Analyse von Markt, Wettbewerb und Anwendungen zur Identifikation neuer Absatzpotenziale
Präsentation des Unternehmens bei Kundenterminen, Fachgesprächen und relevanten Messen
Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Chemie, Chemieingenieurwesen, Kunststofftechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation, z. B. als Chemietechniker (m/w/d) oder Kunststofftechniker (m/w/d)
Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb , als Sales Engineer (m/w/d) , Technical Sales Manager (m/w/d) oder in der Anwendungstechnik mit Kundenkontakt
Praxiskenntnisse in Polyurethan-Chemie , idealerweise mit Fokus auf PU-Hartschaum, PUR/PIR-Systeme oder verwandte Schaumsysteme
Sicheres Auftreten in der Kundenberatung sowie Verständnis für technische Anforderungen, Anwendungen und projektbezogene Lösungen
Routine in MS Office und idealerweise ERP- oder CRM-Systemen
Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region, Führerschein Klasse B sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
