Finance Director for Growing Leisure Business

Elevate your career as the Divisional Finance Director for a rapidly expanding entertainment company in Oakville. This role offers a chance to lead financial strategy within a dynamic environment. This position is designed for a senior finance leader eager to make an impact. You'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team, applying your commercial insight to support critical financial decisions. Your responsibility includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic investment evaluations to set the course for future growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO on financial strategies
- Lead monthly performance reviews and identify trends
- Oversee budgeting and long-term financial planning
- Evaluate investment opportunities and capital projects
- Develop a finance team across multiple locations
- CPA qualified or equivalent accounting designation
- Extensive experience in financial reporting and commercial finance
- Proven track record in leading finance teams
- Strong skills in business partnering with senior stakeholders
- Experience in multi-site hospitality or leisure environments
