Finance Director with Strategic Impact

Pursue a leadership role as Finance Director, guiding financial operations in Halifax. Blend high-level strategic insight with operational accountability to drive savvy business decisions. This is a full-time, onsite position where you will report directly to the President. In this senior role, you will oversee day-to-day financial functions, ensure strong controls, and support overall business performance. Your experience in managing finance teams and financial operations will be essential in enabling growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections
- Deliver accurate financial reports and insights
- Maintain financial controls and compliance
- Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Develop financial models for strategic growth
- CPA designation required
- 5+ years in progressive finance roles
- Experience in full-cycle accounting and financial statements
- Expertise in budgeting and cash management
- Strong experience with Excel and financial modeling tools
