Virtual Events Manager with Virtuoso
Virtuoso, LTD.
Enhance Virtuoso's luxury travel offerings as a Virtual Events Manager, focusing on Canadian and US regional events. Leverage your event planning skills to create impactful experiences. As the Virtual Events Manager, you will manage all facets of regional events, ensuring they meet the high standards of Virtuoso’s clientele. This position requires strong leadership, budget management, and coordination with diverse internal teams. With a minimum of 5 years in event execution, you will focus on brand differentiation and member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute events in Canada with regional focus
- Collaborate with teams for event logistics
- Create and manage event registration sites
- Negotiate contracts and manage costs
- Provide on-site support for regional events
- Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or similar
- 5+ years proven event execution experience
- Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
