: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based only structure. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent sales skills, a passion for event planning, and a desire to earn based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and identify potential clients within the event industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Present and promote Pink Fun Rentals' products and services to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Pink Fun Rentals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the event or entertainment industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
