Sales Operations Executive

We’re looking for a commercially minded Sales Operations Executive to support our growing sales operation and help turn customer opportunities into confirmed bookings.

This role combines customer engagement, sales activity and accurate CRM management.

The Role

You’ll manage warm leads, support the sales process, maintain accurate customer information and ensure opportunities are followed through to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert warm sales leads

• Support the customer journey from enquiry to booking

• Maintain accurate CRM and lead information

• Follow up on outstanding opportunities

• Build strong customer relationships

• Monitor sales activity and performance

• Identify opportunities to improve conversion

• Consistently work towards sales targets

What We Offer

• Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission

• OTE R25,000+ per month

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.

2. Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.

3. Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.

4. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

5. Maintains resilience under pressure, handling rejection calmly.

6. Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.

7. Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

8. Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.

9. Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.

10. Own reliable laptop/desktop.
