Akelius Live-In Property Management Role
Akelius Real Estate Management
Join Akelius as a live-in Property Caretaker, managing and maintaining residential properties effectively. This role involves a variety of maintenance and emergency response tasks. In this live-in role, you'll support the Akelius mission by ensuring properties are well-maintained and secure. Communication, strong problem-solving, and time management skills will be key as you interact with residents and handle service requests. The successful candidate will thrive in a hands-on environment that values attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections and identify deficiencies
- Manage service requests and emergency situations
- Keep building common areas clean and safe
- Carry out landscaping and general repairs
- Implement waste management and recycling processes
- At least one year of maintenance experience or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and time management
