The Role <\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

As <\/span> Senior Property Manager <\/b> , you will take ownership of a portfolio of newly registered flag ship condominium properties, managing day -to -day operations in alignment with the Condominium Act and corporate standards. This leadership role focuses on operational performance, client relations, and staff development while ensuring properties are well -maintained, fiscally sound, and compliant. <\/span>

Key Responsibilities <\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Advise Boards of Directors and site staff on governance, audits, and compliance <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Oversee vendor management, service contracts, and performance reviews <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Enforce condominium by -laws and declarations across assigned sites <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Prepare and review annual budgets, reserve fund plans, and financial reports <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Conduct weekly site visits and follow up on repairs, deficiencies, and insurance claims <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Coordinate and attend board meetings, AGMs, and special meetings <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support emergency planning and ensure health and safety compliance <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Lead and develop on -site teams, including hiring, training, and scheduling <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Assist in onboarding new team members and supporting internal training initiatives <\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Qualifications <\/span><\/span><\/b>
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • 7+ years of experience in residential condominium property management <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • CMRAO General License (required)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • RCM designation (preferred)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience managing multiple sites and leading teams <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Excellent communication and client service skills <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management systems <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Organized, self -directed, and calm under pressure <\/span>
