Job Description

Provide strategic leadership and direction for property operations.
Oversee property budgets, financial reporting, and cost management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize property performance and tenant satisfaction.
Lead and mentor property management teams to achieve organizational goals.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of property assets.
Address and resolve escalated tenant or operational issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful General Manager should have:

Experience in the Hospitality/ Luxury Hotel space
Proven experience in property management or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent financial acumen and budgeting capabilities.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
