- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Post-secondary education in HR Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems
- Bilingualism is a plus
