- Collaborate with HR to define analytics needs
- Create and automate dashboards using Tableau
- Utilize Google Cloud Platform for data optimization
- Develop persuasive data stories for non-technical audiences
- Manage reporting and analysis of HR metrics
- Expertise in Tableau for complex reporting
- Experience with Google Cloud technologies and SQL
- Solid record of analytical insights derived from data
- Strong communication skills and confidentiality in HR matters
- Degree in Finance, Math, or equivalent field
