HR Business Partner Role at Miller Group

Enhance workplace effectiveness as an HR Business Partner at Miller Group located in New Liskeard. You'll play an integral role in talent management and employee relations initiatives. In this role, you'll engage with various teams to understand workforce needs and implement strategies that promote employee satisfaction and compliance with corporate policies. Participation in onboarding and performance evaluations is key. The position is ideal for HR professionals with extensive experience and a passion for fostering an inclusive culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee posting and hiring processes for open positions
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and onboarding sessions
  • Address general HR inquiries and maintain communication
  • Educate employees about their rights and workplace policies
  • Facilitate training programs based on employee performance gaps
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in related HR or Business field
  • Hold or working towards CHRP designation
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including as Generalist
  • Experience in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong knowledge of labor relations and human rights laws
