Senior Water Resources Engineer in Canada

As a Senior Water Resources Engineer, you will lead water resources management projects across Canada. Your expertise will be critical for hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, water management infrastructure design, and flood hazard assessments. You will play a vital role in supporting environmental assessments and ensuring compliance with regulations as you manage multi-disciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mine water resources projects from baseline studies to closure plans
- Design and plan water management infrastructure
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocations
- Mentor junior and intermediate staff members
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in consulting
- Professional registration with PEO or equivalent
- Expertise in hydrodynamic and hydraulic modeling tools
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Commitment to HSSE standards
