Proactive Construction Manager Role

Shape thriving communities as a Construction Manager at Caivan. This role emphasizes planning, management, and execution of land development projects in a full-time capacity. Caivan is actively seeking a proactive Construction Manager specializing in land development. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing construction activities from tendering to community feature completion. You are expected to deliver high-quality work while effectively collaborating with trade partners, staff, and municipalities. Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and coordinate construction tenders and contracts
Maintain and forecast construction budgets diligently
Monitor expenditures and manage project costs
Schedule contract execution and lead progress meetings
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with standards

Requirements:

University or college degree in Engineering or related field
3-5 years of experience in land development
Proficient in relevant software applications
G-class driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
