• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, trade associations, industry events, and social media/networking platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate candidates against role and project requirements.

• Support ongoing performance management processes for trades in coordination with the Trade Services Manager, including addressing performance concerns.
• Track performance outcomes to continuously refine sourcing and selection criteria for future recruitment.
• Act as a point of contact for trades on performance-related matters, trade engagement issues, addressing questions and resolving issues as they arise.
• Provide regular updates to the Trade Services Manager on trade performance, retention, and recruitment pipeline status.

Coordination & Stakeholder Liaison

• Liaise regularly with local and regional management teams to align on project needs, resource allocation, and client expectations.
• Partner with the Trade Services Manager to forecast upcoming labour needs based on project pipeline.
• Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment pipeline status, time-to-fill, and trade availability

• Strong knowledge of skilled trades roles, requirements, and certifications in multi-family residential (an asset).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with trades, site teams, and management.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment needs and priorities at once.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across local and regional teams.
