HVAC Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager plans and supervises the end-to-end delivery of assigned HVAC Mechanical Retrofit / Design-Build Projects and ensures successful completion on time within scope and budget.

Projects are typical of moderate complexity, risk, and exposure .

For the assigned projects:

Plans and oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects. At this level, projects managed are typical of moderate complexity, risk, and exposure.
In collaboration with project stakeholders, defines project scope, deliverables, and requirements.
Develops and implements project plans.
Identifies project risks and develops and implements mitigation and contingency plans.
Monitors project delivery against timelines and ensure timely completion.
Oversees the activities of project team members and monitors project task completion.
Communicates project status to relevant stakeholders.
Overall responsibility for Project Site supervision and construction activities.
Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and requirements, and complies with all regulatory, environmental, and health and safety requirements.

Possess 1-2 years of project engineering experience in the field of mechanical building services.
Construction or similar experience.
Project management aptitude – ability and experience in delivering projects on-time, on-budget, within specifications, and in-compliant with all requirements including but not limited to regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
Mechanical Engineering (or be able to qualify within one year.)
Project Management Institute Accreditation or in progress.
Engineer in training
