Data & Systems Analyst

Mission

• Managing and integrating supplier data (text files, data cleansing, transformation, and import into ERP – Momentis)
• Creating and updating product information (styles, descriptions, pricing, attributes, etc.)
• Managing product image integration (upload, mapping, and association)
• Maintaining and optimizing the internal B2B platform
• Supporting e-commerce operations (Shopify, Lightspeed, Signify)
• Contributing to reporting activities (Power BI)
• Improving and automating processes (Excel and internal tools)
• Acting as liaison with external IT partners (ERP provider, technical vendors)
• Supporting internal teams (sales, operations, logistics)
• Proactively suggesting improvements and efficiencies

Your profile

• +2 years of experience in a similar role (data, ERP, IT support, operations)
• Solid understanding of ERP systems (Momentis or similar is a plus)
• Experience with data integration and manipulation
• Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lightspeed is an asset)
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced level)
• Knowledge of Power BI (asset)
• Bilingualism required: strong English is essential, functional French
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
