About the role:

We are seeking a detail-orientated Finance Coordinator to join our finance team. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and contributing to the financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments.

· Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and credit card transactions.

· Assist with month end/year end duties including government remittances, and journal entries.

· Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

· Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.

· Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding financial matters.

· Assist with milk invoicing and producer milk payments.

· Assist with building and grounds maintenance by coordinating with vendors

· Assist with equipment maintenance, including service calls.

Qualifications

· 2-4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.

· Diploma or certificate from a recognized institution in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

· Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) preferred.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.

· Full professional proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

· A driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.

Pay: $47,250.00-$60,750.00 per year
