Aqua-Tech, Winnipeg's leading pool, spa, and home renovation company, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our very active service department. About the Role: As a Service Department Coordinator , you'll be the key communicator between our clients and service technicians, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch customer experiences. Your role will be pivotal in growing our swimming pool and hot tub service department for residential clients. This is a full-time, permanent seasonal position perfect for someone who wants to work hard for 7 months of the year and enjoy the remaining 5 months at home.
What You'll Be Doing:
Booking and scheduling pool and spa service calls.
Communicating with clients both in person and over the phone.
Creating and processing work orders with precision.
Coordinating with service technicians working on-site.
Filing and organizing work orders for easy access.
Processing payments efficiently and accurately.

Excellent telephone and organizational skills you're the voice and heart of our service department.
Strong management skills you can implement systems and processes to elevate our customer service to the next level.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented administration skills you catch the small things that make a big difference.
Computer-savvy you're comfortable navigating systems and using technology to streamline operations.
Prior call center or customer service experience is a strong asset.
