About the Role: As a Service Department Coordinator , you'll be the key communicator between our clients and service technicians, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch customer experiences. Your role will be pivotal in growing our swimming pool and hot tub service department for residential clients. This is a full-time, permanent seasonal position perfect for someone who wants to work hard for 7 months of the year and enjoy the remaining 5 months at home.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Booking and scheduling pool and spa service calls.
- Communicating with clients both in person and over the phone.
- Creating and processing work orders with precision.
- Coordinating with service technicians working on-site.
- Filing and organizing work orders for easy access.
- Processing payments efficiently and accurately.

- Strong management skills you can implement systems and processes to elevate our customer service to the next level.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented administration skills you catch the small things that make a big difference.
- Computer-savvy you're comfortable navigating systems and using technology to streamline operations.
- Prior call center or customer service experience is a strong asset.
