Location: Winnipeg, MB (Hybrid)
Position Summary
The Commercial Coordinator supports ARxIUM’s commercial operations by coordinating proposal activities, tracking opportunities, and ensuring alignment across internal teams. This role plays a key part in supporting sales processes from opportunity identification through proposal submission and implementation handoff.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track RFPs, RFQs, and bid opportunities across relevant platforms
- Maintain opportunity logs, timelines, and submission deadlines
- Coordinate proposal development, including gathering inputs and preparing submission documents
- Ensure proposals are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
- Maintain CRM records, trackers, and commercial documentation
- Support preparation of internal reports, deal summaries, and pipeline updates
- Coordinate communication across Sales, Client Solutions, Finance, Engineering, and Operations
- Support process improvements, templates, and workflow consistency
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (recent grads encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with CRM systems or proposal coordination is an asset
