Lead finance transformation with GenAI, ML, and operating model expertise at EY, supporting clients through complex change programs.As a Finance Manager, you will advise CFOs across multinationals, mid-market organisations, and start-ups. You will shape finance operating models, improve planning and analysis, and implement finance technologies. The work combines client relationships, commercial insights, project delivery, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Design target finance operating models for client organisationsImprove closing, consolidation, and reporting cycles through technologyOptimise budgeting and forecasting processes for better decisionsLead project execution from scope through final report deliveryCoach junior team members and support their developmentRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, engineering, or computer sciencePostgraduate degree or professional designation such as MBA or CPAMinimum eight years’ industry or recognised consulting experienceAt least five years of consulting experienceFluency in written and spoken EnglishApply finance transformation, technology, and consulting expertise while helping EY clients build stronger finance functions.
