Finance Transformation Epm Manager

Lead finance transformation through EPM implementation, process improvement, and client advisory work at PwC Canada in a hybrid environment.As a Finance Transformation Manager, you will support CFOs, vice presidents of finance, and controllers. You will assess financial processes, design solutions, and improve decision-making through EPM applications, automation, and finance operating models. This role combines consulting delivery, engagement management, business development, and people development.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct organisational diagnostics on financial processesDefine requirements for EPM tool acquisition and configurationLead consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting diagnosticsManage scope, objectives, project issues, and risksCoach junior team members on technical and project management mattersRequirements:
Five to seven-plus years in consulting and software implementationHands-on experience with OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, or SAP EPMKnowledge of multidimensional data models and data integrationWorking expertise in performance management and Record-to-ReportDemonstrated project management and transformational initiative experienceApply finance consulting, EPM implementation, and project management expertise to transform client finance functions at PwC Canada.
