Llm Engineer Finance Transformation

Build reusable LLM and generative AI workflows for Chubb’s global Finance Transformation program, using Python, MLOps, and modern AI frameworks. This full-time position supports enterprise finance capabilities.The AI Engineer develops scalable solutions for close, reconciliation, reporting, anomaly detection, and related controllership processes. You will work across Finance, IT, Global Analytics, Legal, Compliance, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Risk. The focus is production delivery, model lifecycle management, and compliant-by-design implementation.Key Responsibilities:
Develop LLM and generative AI workflow pipelinesApply CI/CD, versioning, testing, and model governanceTranslate finance requirements into robust technical solutionsIdentify automation opportunities using NLP and predictive analyticsTrack progress and communicate stakeholder issuesRequirements:
Two to five years of AI Engineering or Machine Learning experienceDeep production Python coding and review expertiseLLM lifecycle knowledge, including tuning and deploymentExperience with cloud platforms and high-throughput architecturesStrong data engineering, NLP, and large-scale dataset fundamentalsBring LLM engineering, Python, and MLOps capabilities to compliant global finance transformation initiatives.
