Senior Manager Value Realization Finance

Lead value realization, financial modelling, and portfolio analysis as Scotiabank’s Senior Manager in Toronto. This is a term position supporting Global Wealth Management.The Senior Manager joins Global Wealth Management’s Value Realization Office Finance team. You will track transformation investments, productivity initiatives, and the strategic investment pool. The work connects finance, strategy, and transformation while supporting leadership decisions through clear analysis and reporting.Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute a benefit realization frameworkTrack benefits against business cases and surface risksMonitor productivity metrics and transformation scorecardsAnalyze spend, forecasts, and portfolio variancesPrepare executive reporting and facilitate investment prioritizationRequirements:
Seven or more years in financial analysis, FP&A, consulting, or transformation financeExperience with benefit realization or business case developmentStrong modelling skills with NPV, IRR, ROI, and productivity metricsAdvanced Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tool proficiencyExcellent communication, analytical, and storytelling skillsApply financial modelling, investment tracking, and executive storytelling to strengthen Scotiabank’s Global Wealth Management portfolio decisions.
