About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and people-focused Finance Manager to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving financial integrity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the finance function — while championing the adoption of AI and automation to transform how the team works. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Development & Leadership
Actively coach, mentor, and grow team members — creating individual development plans, providing regular feedback, and offering stretch assignments that build capability and confidence.
Foster a culture of ownership, proactivity, and continuous learning, empowering the team to identify issues early and act on them without waiting to be told.
Recognize and reward initiative, and create a safe environment for experimentation, including with new technologies.
Proactivity, Action & Problem‑Solving
Anticipate risks and opportunities ahead of time rather than reacting after the fact, drive issues to resolution quickly and decisively.
Lead and manage the full month‑end close process, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks before they impact deadlines.Design, implement, and monitor robust internal controls, continuously looking for root causes of issues rather than just symptoms.
AI & Process Innovation
Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to streamline financial reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation processes.
Identify practical use cases where AI can reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, or accelerate decision‑making, and lead their implementation in partnership with IT.
Prepare, review, and deliver accurate, AI‑enhanced financial reports and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Core Finance Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial presentations, providing clear, actionable explanations to management.
Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with peers across Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and other business units.
Act as a solutions‑oriented partner — approaching challenges with resolution, innovation, and constructive dialogue.
