Lead corporate banking applications from Montreal while supporting systems across the Americas. Apply technical expertise across finance, payments, risk, and compliance.As IT Applications Manager, you will report to the CACIB Americas CIO and oversee development and support for users in the US, Brazil, and Canada. The position covers corporate banking and transverse systems, including Data warehousing, Core Finance, Payments, Risk, and Compliance. You will supervise BAU activities and projects while coordinating with business stakeholders, Head Office, offshore teams, and third parties.Key Responsibilities:
Assign personnel and services across projects and oversee reportingCoordinate onshore, offshore, third-party, and Head Office teamsProvide input on hardware, software, and infrastructure architectureSupervise system installations and service integrationEnsure issues and operational processes receive timely attentionRequirements:
Technical expertise supporting business applications across the AmericasKnowledge of financial systems and business processesExperience leading teams through guidance and directionAbility to liaise with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and OperationsAvailability for hybrid work in MontrealManage corporate banking systems, operational processes, and stakeholder relationships for Crédit Agricole CIB across the Americas.
