We are a warm, organized Vancouver family seeking an experienced, career nanny for our toddler. This is a part-time, live-out contract position offering 20 guaranteed hours per week. We are looking for someone nurturing, confident, and highly experienced with toddlers who enjoys a Montessori-inspired approach to play and development. We value calm, respectful caregiving and independence. One parent works from home occasionally but is mindful of boundaries and providing full autonomy during working hours. Compensation is $27–$30/hour depending on experience. This is a childcare-focused role with light child-related tidying only (we have a weekly cleaner).
