Nanny Wanted - Part Time Nanny Needed For 1 Month Old Baby (Downtown In Coal Harbour)

We are a warm and loving family seeking an experienced, nurturing part-time nanny to help care for our 1-month-old baby girl. Position Details

• 2–3 days per week
• 4–6 hours per shift
• Approximately 8–18 hours per week
• $25/hour
• Free parking provided
• Located in Coal Harbour, Downtown Vancouver

We are flexible on days and times and are happy to create a consistent schedule based on the right candidate’s availability. We are also open to occasional last-minute shifts if that suits your schedule. Most hours will be during the morning and afternoon, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts. We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has minimum 3 years experience caring for newborns and young infants
• Is warm, patient, nurturing, and genuinely enjoys working with babies
• Can confidently read and respond to newborn cues
• Is knowledgeable about safe sleep practices and infant safety
• Can soothe, comfort, and engage appropriately with a young baby
• Is reliable, trustworthy, and communicates well

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing attentive care for our baby
• Feeding, burping, diaper changes, and soothing as needed
• Washing and sanitizing bottles and breast pump parts
• Assisting with baby-related laundry
• Light household support such as folding laundry, tidying common areas, and keeping baby supplies organized
• Helping us create a calm, supportive environment so we can work, run errands, and manage day-to-day responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Infant CPR and First Aid certification
• References from previous families
• Criminal record check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Non-smoker
