Job Summary: Reporting to the Manager of the Family Preservation Wellness Centre, the Family Support Worker is responsible for providing wrap-around support to Yukon First Nations’ women and families experiencing violence, homelessness, substance use, and mental health struggles, to empower them, provide resources, and guide them towards stability and self-sufficiency.
Screening Criteria: Post-secondary education in social work, social sciences or relevant field and/or equivalency obtained through course work and/or experience. A minimum of one years’ experience working in a social services environment.
Salary: Level 7: $71,198.71 - $ 89,008.45 (plus premiums)
