Your new role

We're seeking an Industry Manager, Mining, Minerals & Metals to lead growth initiatives within one of the company's most important industry segments.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to identify opportunities, support major customer relationships, represent the company at industry events, and help shape market strategy across Canada.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:

• 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, business development, product management, marketing, or industry management
• Experience within the Mining, Minerals & Metals sector
• Exposure to industrial automation, process control, instrumentation, engineering solutions, or technical products/services
• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with customer-facing and cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel across Canada as required
