Bilingual Design Build Project Manager - Industrial Buildings - General Contractor

Job Description

• Lead design-build projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to address concerns and provide updates on project progress.
• Oversee procurement of materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Manage on-site construction teams to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Design Build Project Manager should have:

• Fluency in both English and French to manage bilingual project requirements for clients based in Quebec.
• Experience in design-build and pre-construction management within the buildings construction general contracting industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide project teams and liaise with clients effectively.
• Proficiency in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• A solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
