Senior Account Manager

This position offers flexibility, including the option to work remotely. Because we value in‑person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable travel distance to one of our VT or NH locations.

What You Bring:

• 
  

  Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in the insurance industry, specifically within Personal Lines



• An active Property & Casualty License


• A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability


• A team-oriented mindset paired with high self‑motivation


• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities


• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service


• Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry


• Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system (preferred but not required)

Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000 USD
