Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring efficient operations at the front of the house. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for hospitality. The Front of House Manager will oversee the front-of-house staff, manage guest relations, and maintain high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including hosts, servers, and bartenders.
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Train and mentor new staff members on service standards and procedures.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and expectations.
