Bilingual Recruiter (English & Tagalog)

In this role, you'll support one of our valued clients by recruiting and communicating with both English- and Tagalog-speaking candidates. What you'll Do

As a Bilingual Recruiter, you'll be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle (360° recruitment). With training and support from our team, you'll learn how to attract, assess, and place top talent while building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the full-cycle (360°) recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Source and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of positions using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment tools.
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and career goals.
• Communicate professionally with candidates in both English and Tagalog throughout the recruitment process.
• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their qualifications, experience, and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, collect required documentation, and maintain accurate candidate records in our recruitment system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, providing exceptional service throughout the hiring process.
• Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements and ongoing satisfaction.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and support client staffing needs.
• Stay organized while managing multiple job openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Represent Starforce HR professionally while maintaining confidentiality and a high standard of customer service.

What we're looking for

• Fluent in English and Tagalog (spoken and written).
• No recruiting experience required, we'll train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
