What You'll Do

As a Banking Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers calling for support with their banking needs. You'll handle approximately 40-60 inbound calls daily while providing exceptional customer service and building trust with every interaction.

You'll help customers with:

• Account inquiries and everyday banking questions
• Online and mobile banking support
• Password resets and account access issues
• Credit card and transaction inquiries
• New account openings
• Navigating digital banking tools and self-service options
• Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally

You'll also collaborate with internal partners, identify customer needs, and contribute to a positive client experience that strengthens long-term relationships.

What We're Looking For

✔ Fluent in English and Mandarin OR English and Cantonese

✔ Minimum 6 months of customer service experience

✔ Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions

✔ Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends

✔ Able to work a hybrid schedule (1 day per week in office)

This is a Contract position based out of Mississauga, ON.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
