- Identify and connect with prospective personal lines clients
- Create and present individualized insurance packages
- Handle all documentation and collection for new orders
- Offer expert advice based on current market trends
- At least 3 years of personal lines experience, 1+ years in sales
- Active RIBO license
- Familiarity with TAM/Epic and Microsoft Office
- Strong professional commitment and work ethic
