- Manage diverse portfolio of consulting engagements
- Advise senior boards on compensation strategies

- Develop skills of junior team members through coaching
- 10 to 15+ years of consulting experience
- Expertise in job evaluation and incentive design
- Pre-existing client relationships preferred
- Proven experience mentoring junior staff
- Interest in technology applications in compensation
