We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Lines CSR in Toronto . This role provides high-level support to the commercial department, ensuring a seamless experience for mid-market clients.

Responsibilities:
Service Excellence: Manage the day-to-day service needs of a commercial portfolio.
Documentation: Process endorsements, renewals, and certificates with high attention to detail.
Underwriter Liaison: Communicate with carrier partners to resolve policy issues and secure updates.
Technical Support: Assist the commercial team with complex policy data management in Applied EPIC .
Desired Skills:
5+ years of experience in commercial brokerage support.
Active RIBO license required.
Proficiency in Applied EPIC .
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
