• Resolves resourcing and inter\-personal conflicts, negotiates changes to resourcing, ensures knowledge is shared among team members such as project objectives and deliverables are met.

• Develops complex project budgets based on multiple funding channels and cross ministry dependencies.

• Effectively manages large project budgets and ensures a high level of fiscal control and accountability including estimates, forecasts and reconciliation\/confirmation of actuals.

• Proactively identifies potential risk events and issues before they occur so that proper mitigating

    • Experience managing project resources by aligning skills\/experience to project tasks
      <\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • 3+ years' experience multiple complex public facing vital events initiatives for the citizens of Ontario project
      <\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • Demonstrated experience leading project teams, facilitating interactions with clients and among the project team, especially in complex multi\-stakeholder environments
      <\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • 5+ years demonstrated experience managing technical resources and tasks involving solution development (design, coding, configuration), data migration, testing, platform upgrades\/patching, maintenance\/support, integration

      • 10+ years of Integrated Enterprise project management experience across business and I&IT teams.

      • Demonstrated experience with managing multi\-year multi\-million budget projects <\/b>

      • Experience with the management of Stakeholders, risks, changes, issues, time, scope and resources.
        <\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and other tools that support project management, collaboration and development of processes and plans 
        <\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Experience managing project life cycles including assigning resources and maintaining the project backlogs and in\-progress\/completed tasks with collaboration tools like: Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, KanBan, Workamajig, etc.
        <\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Experience in validating financial forecasts, cost assumptions, and provide on\-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures.
        <\/span><\/li>
        
        
      • Experience in formulating and determining business and technical requirements, business problems, business objectives, product visions, goals and outcomes.

      • Demonstrated ability to direct, collaborate and inform policy, IT, legal, communication and privacy teams.
